Video conferencing rooms where the 10:00 starts at 10:00
DCMM designs and installs video conferencing rooms for Georgia offices: microphones that cover the entire table, a camera that holds every seat, a display sized to the seating distance, all running the platform your company already uses. One test drives the design: the call is on screen before anyone reaches for a cable.
A better webcam won’t fix a room built wrong
You know the room this replaces. Someone under the table chasing an HDMI cable. The camera framing the whiteboard while the far end watches a door and three partial heads. Two people talking at once until the audio cuts them both out. Seven minutes gone before anyone reads the agenda. The room was never designed for calls. So we engineer the room, not just the equipment in it.
Designed around the room, not the brochure
We measure before we spec. Glass walls change the microphone choice; a fourteen-foot table changes the camera. The equipment list comes from your room, not a distributor’s bundle.
It joins the meeting you already scheduled
Teams or Zoom, the room runs what your company runs. Calls join from the calendar invite and screen share starts from the seat. A visitor with a laptop plugs in without a briefing. Cloud or on premises, whichever your security team prefers.
The features that survive week two
Recording for the calls that need a record. Auto framing keeps a presenter on screen even when they pace, and noise suppression keeps the HVAC out of the audio.
The same room on every floor
We train admins first, then everyone who books the rooms. Every room keeps the same control layout, so nobody relearns a panel on a different floor. When something misbehaves, you call the crew that hung the displays.
DCMM set up our conference rooms at work for Video Conferencing capabilities. In my opinion they took our conference rooms to the next level…
