Most churches run Sunday on one volunteer and a booth of gear collected over a decade, none of it bought to work together. The mix sounds fine in the room, then turns thin and hollow on the stream. Wifi holds up most Sundays, until Easter or Christmas fills the parking lot and the network buckles. One camera watches the front door. Nothing watches the nursery.

We start with your Sunday order of service, not a spec sheet. We build every rack placement and light cue around when the doors open and when the offering ends. Then we keep the controls simple enough that the next volunteer can take over without a briefing from the last one.
