One install ends the ritual

Sharing runs wireless from any seat; a guest has slides up in under a minute. That minute is our acceptance test. Before handoff we cold-start every room and run a live call without touching a settings menu. The crews doing that work have run installs for Netflix and Coca-Cola.

Sharing without the dongle drawer

The screen belongs to whoever is talking. Wireless presentation works from any laptop or phone; a wired jack stays in the table for locked-down guest laptops. Interactive displays take markup on the slides. When the whiteboard fills, it mails the room the notes. Nothing gets photographed off a wall.

Hybrid rooms fail at the edges, so we plan audio seat by seat. The room joins whichever platform your company runs, straight from the invite. Remote voices play through the room, not one laptop. Nobody has to huddle.

After we leave

Handoff includes training for the admins and for everyone who presents. Then we stay reachable. Support goes to the crew that built the room, and check-ins keep firmware and platform updates from surprising you.
