Digital signage your own team updates from a desk

DCMM installs digital signage that your own staff controls: the displays, the mounting and wiring, and a content management system your team holds the login to. A price change or a new promotion goes up from a desk, not through a vendor ticket.

Most signage doesn’t work that way. The promotion ended in March and the screen is still running it, because every change means a vendor ticket and an invoice for a text edit. Locations still on paper walk new posters out by hand. What the customer reads runs weeks behind the business.

The ACE Hardware install, two years on

ACE Hardware’s warehouses had acres of floor and no reliable way to put information in front of the people working them. We assessed the space, hung high-resolution displays where the floor could not miss them, and tied the screens into the communication platforms ACE already ran. Updates reached the floor in real time, inventory included. The project shipped on time and on budget, and the same platform scales down to a single lobby screen.

Hardware picked for the wall it hangs on

A video wall in a lobby, menu boards over a counter, a kiosk in a corridor, or an outdoor unit built for weather that kills consumer TVs. We spec each display for its sightlines and the space it hangs in. Direct sunlight is a design input, not a surprise.

Your team holds the login

A price typed at a desk is on every screen in every location before the first customer walks in. Each team manages its own screens, and live feeds you never touch, weather or your own data, run alongside. Nobody calls us to change a price.

Installed once, supported after

We mount the displays and run the wiring, and the screens tie into your network and existing AV. We train your admins at handoff. If a screen misbehaves later, you call people who know where its cable runs.
